Search Resumes and Post Jobs
Using Job Site Pro employers can
search for candidates using keywords search,
specifying location, Job Category, Work Experience
and Degree Level. Filter search results by date, job
title, salary or user name of the job seekers.
There is a possibility to Save Applicant to saved
applicants list and decide on their candidacy later.
Employers can view saved applicants any time.
Now
while adding job seekers into the list of saved
ones, employer can add notes to each of them to
remember what made employer interested in the
candidate.
To view resumes or post jobs employers will need to
pay for these services. Administrator can create
different packages with different number of resumes
views, job postings, set different cost; combination
packages can be provided including both resume views
and job postings (Administrator can make jobs
posting and resume views free).
Instant online payment can be done through one of
the preinstalled payment gateways. Once paid,
employer will have access to the service he paid
for.
Company profile and logo
During registration process employers
can create their Company Profile and include their
company's logotype. Profile can be modified any
time.
Once registered, employers can add Job Postings,
make them active or inactive (inactive job postings
don't appear in search results), modify job postings
anytime or remove them.
There is a special section available to view Job
Applications received and filter them using
different criteria.
'Lifting up' Job Postings
Since more Job Postings are added,
yours can get lost in search results giving ground
in search results. If you want your Job Postings
appear at the top of Job Seekers' search results,
you can use service - 'Lift up' Job Posting. Using
it, you will have an opportunity to raise your Job
Posting in search results.
Quick Statistics
Employers can view statistics on
'Views' for each of Job Postings.
Statistics is also provided on the number of members
view your Job Postings, added your Job Postings to
their 'Saved Jobs' and number of resumes employer
viewed.
Employers can also view the position of their Job
Posting that will probably influence on their
decision to 'lift up' their vacancy in search
results.
Notifications
Employers have an ability to sign up
for notifications to keep informed.
The following notifications are available:
— If there is a new message in their mailbox
— If someone viewed vacancies Employer offer
Employers can modify their subscriptions any time.
